ZDG Houten

For almost 20 years, ZDG occupied a historic building in a small town of Geldermalsen. Following many transformations over the past years, the company decided it was time for a larger, more modern office that could support their long-term growth.  

New Central Houten in the heart of the Netherlands was a perfect match for the existing needs of the team as well as for their future ambitions. A modern office hub, the new building offers enough space for flexible working, meeting and collaborating. 

In line with the architectural appearance of the building itself, the office interior is bold, open and spacious. Interior architect SteltDesign took into account the needs of different users to design a multi-functional space, fit to accommodate various activities.

In addition to comfortable workstations, the space offers many meeting rooms, breakout areas and classrooms. The team can now provide their trainings and lessons in-house, keeping a wide spectrum of business activities under one roof. As described by ZDG themselves, the new office became a perfect combination of space, location and amenities for their employees as well as customers and students.
