Steel is a sustainable material, widely available and completely recyclable. For our products, we only use high-strength steel. It offers an optimal composition for flexibility, durability and strength. The main benefit of high-strength steel is the increase in strength – it can take on more weight and pressure, compared to regular steel. 

Therefore, it also allows making structures lighter, as less material is required to achieve the desired level of strength. This results in a product with a very long lifespan, and it saves weight during transport. 

This is the centrepiece of the welding area. 
An automated free form bending machine that manufactures a succession of the curved shapes of the LJ series frames.

This fully automated process allows us to produce the frames locally. By robotising the process we are able to produce efficiently and for economic prices without needing to move out to low wages countries.

The computer programmed welding machine welds a multitude of frames under the critical eye of a single craftsman.
