Two configurations respond to different table dimensions. The 6-module ring creates a tighter diameter suited to kitchen islands and four-person dining tables. The 8-module ring expands the frame to cover six to eight-person tables and larger collaborative surfaces. Both mount from a central ceiling point, simplifying installation compared to multiple individual pendants.
Six or eight modules on a circular frame. Both configurations use the Split Straight module, powder-coated in six colours. The ring mounts from a single ceiling point with integrated wiring.
Four opaque glass shades fit each module. Each profile creates different light quality and visual weight. Mix profiles within a single ring or keep all modules uniform.
Six powder-coated finishes apply to all ring components: base modules, ceiling cap, and circular frame.
Split Series was designed in collaboration with Jens Fager. Jens Fager, with an education from Konstfack University, has made a significant international impact, showcasing his work in exhibitions across London, Milan, and Stockholm. His collaboration with De Vorm on the Split Series exemplifies his commitment to minimalist and functional design.
