Jump Studios did a great job transforming a 19th-century battery factory into the latest Google Campus. A co-working space where history merges with a contemporary style. Google houses over 7,000 members and 50 start-ups. A colourful array of LJ 1 chairs is splashed throughout the building.
"Our design delivers a juxtaposition between the old and the new. History merges with a contemporary style to present a unique environment for Google's members."
Jump Studios associate, Michelle Nicholls on Dezeen.
Colourful meeting rooms
The colourful logo of Google could be the inspiration for the equally colourful interior. Each meeting room colour palette is inspired by famous Spanish artists including Picasso and Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida.
