"The simple yet strong design of the panels brings personality to the space without being overpowering. The blend of PET fibre colours adds texture and depth".
— Aurore Baulier, Architect at Atelier Baulier

Sans Pere’s first shop in London is organised around a vibrant patisserie kitchen and laid out as a series of rooms inspired by an archetypal house plan. With domestic proportions and soft transitions between zones, the interior feels personal, warm and inviting – encouraging visitors to wander and discover the space through long, open sightlines.

The design draws inspiration from the French Riviera, using the silvery greens and fresh yellows of the mimosa tree to shape a cohesive palette, while deep window reveals and reflective surfaces introduce light, depth and long sightlines through the space. Green terrazzo, subtle textures and lush planting reinforce the calm, sensory atmosphere. Mute Flow PET Felt Acoustic Panels in soft olive tones integrate naturally into this setting, enhancing acoustic comfort and complementing the material language without overpowering the architecture – resulting in a gentle, immersive environment that invites visitors to explore at their own pace.
