Schouw Automatisering

2017

Graphic and functional lines form the newly build office space of IT firm Schouw Automatisering. i29 Interior Architects used geometric patterns with PET Felt Panels along large photos and plant walls to create superb acoustics.

Innovative materials

PET Felt is used in the furniture and combines seamlessly with the wall cladding. PET Felt is made of recycled plastic bottles and turned into a soft yet sturdy felt material.

The clients ambition on sustainability and wellbeing of their employees resulted in a modern and clean office facility.

Optimal acoustics

To create the best acoustic performance, the walls are covered with matching felt panels, plants or large photographs.

The photos are printed on soft acoustic walls which are also dividing the space. As a reference to their mayor clients, which are in the food industy, the images show agriculture aerial photos.
