The building is shaped from the inside out, linking interior and exterior spaces and encouraging movement through a central biological kitchen, restaurant and a spiral staircase within the open atrium. Public areas on the lower levels combine cafés, exhibition spaces, meeting rooms and city services, while higher floors offer flexible offices and a greenhouse workspace that contributes to a healthy indoor climate. All materials are documented through detailed passports, ensuring future reuse and supporting the building’s Cradle to Cradle vision. Within this circular framework, Pod PET Felt Privacy Chairs provide acoustic comfort and adaptable meeting places that fit seamlessly into the project’s sustainable, people-focused approach.
