Hale PET Felt Counter Stool Designed by De Vorm

Based on the design of the Hale chair, the Hale counter stool has a distinctive classic look and no-nonsense functionality. The seat and the back of the stool are produced from PET Felt, recycled plastic bottles. This technology brought many traditional manufacturing steps to one 3D pressing technique, resulting in a product that is beautiful in its simplicity. Its fully customisable design allows for a wide range of applications in interior projects.

Hale counter stool is fully customisable

Go ahead and create your own Hale. The seat and the back are available in eleven unique PET Felt blends. Choose any RAL colour for the frame to complement the look. PET Felt Technology: From Bottle to Chair

The seat and back of Hale counter stool are made from PET Felt - a sustainable and durable material manufactured from recycled plastic bottles.

PET Felt is a soft, though strong material with a great acoustic performance. It is both recycled and recyclable. With Hale series, De Vorm took another step forward in this technology, turning the previous three-stage process into a single moulding action. The new approach allows pressing PET Felt into any imaginable ready-to-assemble form with distinction in thickness. Granting Hale its elegant curves, ergonomic shape and soft texture.
