Mute Flow Floating Lamp PET Felt Acoustic Panel

Introduction

Mute Flow Floating Lamp combines acoustic absorption with integrated lighting in a single ceiling-suspended panel. The same wave pattern as the wall-mounted Mute Flow, now with two LED tubes that cast even, downward light. Adjust the height, vary the angles, and choose from 11 PET felt colours and custom tube finishes to create hanging installations that reduce reverberation and illuminate the space below.

The wavy surface absorbs sound from multiple directions while the integrated Philips LED tubes provide functional task lighting. Suspend the panels above workstations, meeting tables, or dining areas where both acoustics and illumination matter. The 3-metre suspension cables allow positioning at virtually any height, and the power cable routes discreetly along one of the steel cables to the ceiling connection.

Eleven unique PET felt blends, each with its own texture and depth. Minor colour variations between batches are a natural result of the recycled content in the material.

Made from recycled PET felt

Mute Flow Floating Lamp is made from PET felt, produced from recycled plastic bottles. PET felt technology brings traditional production steps down to a single 3D pressing technique. The material is recycled and recyclable, and the panel is easy to disassemble at end of life for recycling.
