Hale PET Felt Bar Stool

Introduction

Hale PET Felt Bar Stool provides extra height and an ergonomically curved shape for comfortable seating at high tables and bars. Seat and backrest are moulded from PET felt made of recycled plastic bottles, with the same no-nonsense functionality as the rest of the Hale family. The recycled steel frame keeps the stool lightweight and stackable up to eight. Available with or without armrests, and fully customisable to match your project.

Stackable, easy to move, and built for high-use environments. With armrests, Hale Bar Stool suspends from any tabletop to free up the floor in seconds. Ideal for bars, canteens, and social spaces at bar height.

Two Variants

Hale PET Felt Bar Stool comes with or without armrests. The armrest version adds the option to hang the stool from the bar edge when you need to clear the space.

Eleven unique PET felt blends, each with its own texture and depth. Minor colour variations between batches are a natural result of the recycled content in the material.

Two standard frame colours are available: black (RAL 9011) and white (RAL 9010). Beyond these, specify any RAL colour for the frame, add upholstery, or combine options to match your interior.

The powder-coated steel frame can be finished in any RAL colour. Match it to the PET felt seat or create contrast for a bolder look.

Add upholstery

For extra comfort, add seat upholstery in fabrics from the Kvadrat collection. A practical upgrade for settings where people sit for longer periods.

Material

Made from recycled PET felt

The seat and backrest of Hale Bar Stool are made from PET felt, a durable material produced from recycled plastic bottles. Soft yet strong, with natural acoustic properties. De Vorm's single-mould pressing technique shapes the PET felt into a ready-to-assemble form with varying thickness, giving Hale its ergonomic curves and distinctive texture.
